V.A. Space Expeditions Task Force (STETF)

  • Mandate: Develop and manage commercial space tourism packages (e.g., Sub-Orbital Zero-G Flights, EarthLoop Orbital Cruises, OrbitalLoop Superyacht Expeditions, LEO Space Hotel) and civilian space expeditions to the lunar surface.

  • - Experience Design & Customer Service Unit: Crafts unique and safe space expedition experiences and manages customer relations for UHNWIs and groups.

  • - Astronaut Training & Preparedness Group (Civilian): Develops and delivers training programs for civilian astronauts, including emergency procedures and microgravity adaptation.

  • - Logistics & Scheduling Team: Manages flight schedules, accommodation, and ground support for space tourists.

  • - Marketing & Sales Division: Promotes TSI's space tourism offerings and manages bookings and partnerships.

V.B. Commercial Cargo & Logistics Task Force (CCLTF)

  • Mandate: Provide reliable and efficient cargo transportation services to LEO, lunar, and potentially Mars destinations for commercial and government clients.

  • - Payload Integration & Manifesting Unit: Manages the integration of client payloads onto TSI spaceplanes and spaceships.

  • - Supply Chain & Inventory Management Group (Space-focused): Optimizes the flow of goods and materials for internal and external clients in the space supply chain.

  • - Delivery & Retrieval Operations Team: Oversees the precise delivery of cargo to orbital destinations and retrieval of return payloads.

V.C. Government & Defense Programs Task Force (GDPTF)

  • Mandate: Liaise with government agencies (e.g., Pentagon, NASA) to offer TSI's capabilities for defense, scientific, and strategic initiatives (e.g., Golden Dome missile defense, Space Force One).

  • - Contracting & Partnership Management Unit: Handles government contracts, tenders, and establishes strategic partnerships.
