VI.A. Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Task Force (HRTATF)

  • Mandate: Attract, recruit, train, and retain top talent across all disciplines, including R&D and E&D Astronauts.

  • Sub-Task Forces:

  • - Recruitment & Onboarding Unit: Focuses on sourcing and integrating new employees.

  • - Training & Development Group: Develops ongoing training programs for all personnel, including specialized astronaut training.

  • - Compensation & Benefits Team: Manages employee compensation, benefits, and welfare.

  • Astronaut Relations & Support Unit: Provides dedicated support for all categories of astronauts, addressing their unique needs.

  • Mandate: Manage financial operations, secure funding, and oversee investments for all TSI projects.

  • - Financial Planning & Analysis Unit: Develops budgets, forecasts, and conducts financial performance analysis.

  • - Capital Markets & Fundraising Group: Leads efforts to secure investment rounds from UHNWIs and institutional investors if and when desired.

  • - Accounting & Compliance Team: Manages all financial transactions, reporting, and regulatory compliance.

  • - Risk Assessment & Management Unit: Identifies and mitigates financial and operational risks across the organization.

  • Mandate: Ensure all TSI operations comply with national and international space law, regulations, and intellectual property.

  • - International Law & Treaties Unit: Monitors and advises on international space law, treaties, and agreements.

  • - National Regulations & Licensing Group: Secures all necessary licenses and permits from national authorities (e.g., FAA, FCC).

  • Contracts & Agreements Unit: Drafts and negotiates all commercial and strategic agreements.
