Mandate: Oversee the strategic planning, phased development, construction, and operational readiness of all Titans Space Industries' terrestrial factories, R&D facilities, and launch spaceports, ensuring scalable infrastructure to support current and future project objectives.
- East Coast Propulsion Factory Development Unit: Manages the site selection, design, construction, and equipping of the advanced propulsion manufacturing facility on the East Coast, focusing on phased readiness for engine production.
- East Coast R&D Center Development Unit: Oversees the establishment and expansion of the East Coast branche of the Titans Works Innovation R&D Center, ensuring state-of-the-art laboratories, testing grounds, and collaborative spaces are developed in phases.
- TSI Spaceport Development Unit: Manages the planning, engineering, and construction of a large, dedicated TSI-operated spaceport elsewhere in the USA, specifically designed for horizontal takeoff and landing (HTHL) space launches of the Titans spaceplane, with phased infrastructure build-out for increasing launch cadence. This spaceport will be company-run and have dozens of buildings and facilities, including spacecraft factories, manufacturing sites, and the main Titans Works Innovation & R&D facility.
- Infrastructure & Utilities Planning Group: Focuses on the overall utility, power, water, communication, and transportation infrastructure required for all terrestrial facilities, ensuring robust and scalable support.
- Environmental Compliance & Permitting Team: Handles all regulatory compliance, environmental impact assessments, and securing necessary permits for the construction and operation of all facilities.
