- Curriculum Development & Faculty Affairs Group: Designs and updates all academic and training curricula, manages faculty recruitment, development, and performance.
Key Roles: Lead Curriculum Designers (Space Sciences, Engineering, ASCAN), Department Heads, Senior Professors.
- ASCAN Training & Simulation Team: Develops and executes rigorous astronaut candidate training programs, including physical conditioning, mission simulations, EVA training, and psychological preparedness.
Key Roles: Chief Astronaut Instructor, Space Trainers, Flight Surgeons, Simulation Engineers, Psychological Support Specialists.
- Admissions & Student Services Unit: Manages recruitment, admissions processes, student support services, and alumni relations for all academy programs.
Key Roles: Head of Admissions, Student Counselors, Career Services.
- Research & Educational Partnerships Board: Creates collaborations with universities, research institutions, and industry partners to enhance curriculum, provide research opportunities, and ensure industry relevance.
Composition: Senior Professors, Industry Liaisons, University Representatives, External Research Scientists.
- Advisory & Governance Board: Provides strategic oversight, guidance on long-term vision, accreditation, and ethical standards for the Academy.
