In order to prevent misappropriation of funds or potential fraud, the five BITE members will jointly have full and unlimited access to audit and research all aspects of day-to-day operations, including but not limited to company bank accounts, revenue streams, budgets, and payment procedures.
All stakeholders, including Titans Astronauts, employees, equity owners (shares and/or options), investors, and strategic business partners wll receive a BITE report on an annual basis.
In terms of ethics, workers rights (and their rights to unionize) stand at the core of our business. We believe that Titans workers should be proud to work for the company, deserve the best treatment, more than fair wages, and work with dignity.
