Despite the media hype surrounding rockets like SpaceX’s Starship, routine space transportation, including human space travel, by means of rockets will not reach large numbers, basically due to the inherent risks and limitations of such vehicles.
For large scale space travel and space cargo transport to reach efficiency and safety levels like air travel/air cargo, the vehicles we use must operate like airplanes.
Titans Spaceplanes are the holy grail of aerospace; they are designed as a revolutionary space transportation system that eliminates the need for expensive launch facilities, vehicle assembly buildings, and (expendable or reusable) all-rocket boosters.
A Titans Spaceplane can operate from any (partnered) large airport, and it can carry up to 330 people or 90-100 ton payload into any 550-km (300 nmi) orbit; it uses multi-cycle airbreather propulsion to reach the top of the troposphere and then ignites its rocket engines to reach Low-Earth Orbit.
The potential benefits that (wealthy) space tourists may bring to humanity are a complex and hotly debated topic. Titans Space has set up a vast space tourism program where commercial astronauts themselves and their payments contribute directly to benefiting humanity – in numerous ways
Technological advancement: The development of safe and affordable space tourism requires significant technological advancements. These advancements translate directly into benefits for other industries, such as:
Investment in space exploration: Space Tourism contributes financially to the space industry, accelerating:
Inspiration and education: Titans Space’s tourists/astronauts will inspire the next generation of scientists, engineers, and astronauts. Additionally, data and images collected by our tourists can contribute to educational resources and public understanding of space.
Titans Space offers three LEO space tourism options (described below), and three Lunar options (described elsewhere on this website).
Financing options are available upon mutual agreement.
Sub-Orbital Zero-G Flights are the best way to view much of the world in ~90 minutes. You will experience 10-15 minutes in zero-g float mode.
The full experience for one person starts from $149,000.
Orbital Cruises and Sub-Orbital Zero-G Flights can only booked by groups with 10 or more bookings for all flights until 2031. Individual bookings are possible from 2031 onwards unless you are a Titans Astronaut or Guest Astronaut.
EarthLoop Orbital Cruises offer Space tourists the most value for their money: ~5 hours duration where ~3 hours are spent in zero-g floatation mode. The full experience for one person starts from US$395,000.
EarthLoop can only be booked by groups with 10 or more bookings for all flights until 2031. Individual bookings are possible from 2031 onwards unless you are a Titans Astronaut or Guest Astronaut.
Orbital Superyacht Experience is an ultra-luxurious celestial experience: Three days in Low-Earth Orbit at 500 km altitude (higher than the International Space Station) where you’ll experience 16 sunrises and 16 sunsets every 24 hours. The full experience for one person starts from US$10 million.
The LEO Space Hotel will be commercially operational from 2029 and offer Space tourists the opportunity to vacation for two weeks at ~500 km (310 mi) altitude. They will experience 16 sunsets and sunrises every 24 hours!
The full experience for one person costs approximately US$15,000,000, and US$25,000,000 for a double booking.
Guest Astronauts are space travelers who purchase individual tickets for future Titans Space Missions. They are enrolled in the Titans Space Explorers Club, which affords them incredible space as well as non-space related perks for the next five years, including events pertaining their purchased mission.
Titans Astronauts are ultra-high-net-worth individuals who pay Titans Space $25-35 million for a lifetime space travel membership. Their lifetime membership affords them unlimited access to practically all LEO Titans missions and projects.
