As Titans Space establishes a global footprint with operations at numerous space/airports and aerospace hubs worldwide, including within the United States, we are also developing a dedicated, company-managed spaceport at a selected location. We aim to finalize terms for this primary site by Q4 2025 and begin site preparation and development in Q1 2026.
This RFI is specifically issued to shortlist a minimum of two additional locations critical for the design, research, development, and manufacturing of our diverse range of vehicles, including spaceplanes, space stations, spacecraft, and potentially Titans Fighter Jets. This process marks the conclusion of our economic incentives search and the final shortlist will be determined by responses from both existing contacts in California, Arizona, and Florida, as well as new respondents.
Titans Spaceplane Factory: This factory focuses on the production and assembly of the cutting-edge SSTO (single-stage-to-orbit), Horizontal Takeoff and Horizontal Landing (HTHL) Titans spaceplanes, inspired by the Star-Raker concept. These behemoth spaceplanes are engineered for space exploration, cargo transport, and versatile orbital missions, ensuring safe, efficient, and frequent access to Low Earth orbit (LEO). The Titans Spaceplane spaceport is planned to include two 12,500 ft runways.
– This site is not part of this RFI process as it has already been shortlisted; we are in advanced talks.
Titans Propulsion Factory: A 100,000+ square-foot facility dedicated to the Titans Spaceplane’s multi-mode propulsion systems where the company will be modifying jet engines and developing rocket engines for Titans spaceplanes, spaceships, space stations, landers, rovers, and trucks.
– This site is part of this RFI process; it has to be in short range of a runway due to transportation of engines to other Titans sites.
Titans Works Innovation & R&D Center (10-25 acres): A large-scale, state-of-the-art R&D and innovation hub inspired by Lockheed Martin’s Skunk Works and Boeing’s Phantom Works, primarily focused on the space industry. R&D projects include Pulse Detonation rocket engines, on-orbit services like space-debris cleanup, hard-shell space suits, nuclear propulsion, space health and medicine, and In-Situ Resource Utilization (ISRU) technologies.
– This site is part of this RFI process; it has to be in short range of a runway due to transportation of engines to and from this location. Please ensure regulatory compliance is addressed when proposing a location for this Center.
Facilities at the TW Center will include:
• a) Compressed Air Tank Farm;
• b) Rocket Engine Control Room Blockhouse/Test Cell with Water-Cooled Noise Suppressor Chimney;
• c) Ramjet Control Room Blockhouse/Test Cells with Noise Suppressor Chimneys;
• d) Turbofan Control Blockhouse/Test Cell with Noise Suppressor Chimneys;
• e) Hypersonic Wind Tunnel;
• f) Plasma Wind Tunnel;
• g) Jet Fuel Storage Tanks;
• h) LOX Storage Tanks;
• i) LH2 Storage Tanks;
• j) Methane Storage Tanks;
• k) AI Innovation and Development Hub;
• l) Offices and Workshop Spaces.
Titans Spacecraft Manufacturing Park (10-50 acres): This is a cornerstone for several vital operations, including building the Titans OrbitalPort Space Stations (LEO and Lunar), next-gen hybrid/multi-purpose satellites, and Industrial Space Facility Units for on-orbit R&D and space manufacturing, inspired by the 1982 Industrial Space Facility (ISF) concept by Max Faget, the main designer of the Space Shuttle.
Subject to the availability of sufficient acreage, the site would also be capable of accommodating exact size copies of the test versions of our spacecraft.
– This site is part of this RFI process; it has to be in short range of a runway due to transportation of large modules to and from this location. Please ensure regulatory compliance is addressed when proposing a location for this Park
Titans Spaceship Factory (10 acres): Dedicated to constructing interplanetary spacecraft designed for deep-space exploration and colonization missions, enabling transportation of crew and cargo to destinations such as Mars, asteroids, and beyond, while incorporating cutting-edge propulsion and life-support technologies.
– This site may be part of this RFI process if sufficient acreage would be offered and if not located at the Spaceplane spaceport (see above); it has to be in short range of a runway due to transportation of large modules to and from this location. Please ensure regulatory compliance is addressed when proposing a location for this Factory.
